Hey friends!
You speak, we listen. At BLOOM, we’re all about communication. That’s why we’ve created a brand-new post. In the next few weeks, many of you will be visited by one of your friendly colleagues. We’re following Stornoway’s pioneering research concerning the veracity of an employee’s responses during an interview with a peer, instead of a person they deem to be in a position of authority, especially when it comes to questions around job satisfaction. In other words, we’ve made the exciting step to get some of you guys to tell us what you might not feel comfortable telling us to our faces.
Not getting too into the weeds about it, but Stornoway discusses the potential rise of exaggeration of positives and understating potential negatives, emphasising impressing rather than confessing, and other such brown-nosing malarkey. But all you really need to know is that when the Investigator sits down with you and starts asking you questions, remember, they’re no different from you.
Most of you won’t even meet them. We’re selecting a statistically relevant population from every department to ensure we get the biggest, broadest, bestest dataset ever. Because we’re interested. We care.
